Stitch - to create multiple tear-away stencils, stack several sheets of Golden Threads Paper together with traced copy on top. Pin to secure and machine stitch, following design using a large, unthreaded needle. 3. Quilt block piecing is made easy with the Foundation method, and Fun-Dation makes it even easier. Fun-Dation is a translucent piecing material that is machine washable and dry-cleanable so you can leave it in place after stitching if desired. Unlike paper, fun-Dation has been designed for use at the sewing machine, so it won't dull your needles. It's stable, non-woven, and has no stretch. Pack of 25 die-cut 8-1/2" x 11" sheets can be fed through a computer printer for those who design their own blocks at the computer.
