The June Tailor Quilt Basting Gun shoots plastic tacks through layers of fabric and batting to hold them securely before hand or machine quilting. Ultra-fine needle leaves minimal size hole, while the needle mechanism contains a blade to cut fasteners from strip for fewer broken tacks and less jamming. Every new needle gives a new, sharp blade for fasteners. No more sore fingers from safety pinning the quilt sandwich together, and no more punctured fingers from hand-basting! A handy needle cap is attached to the gun and is used to protect the needle when the gun is not being used. Perfect for quilting, crafting, and labeling. 1/4" tacks won't hurt fabric and won't break needles if you stitch over them. Easily remove with scissors, or new Tack-Be-Gone remover. Kit comes with the gun and 500 tacks, enough to baste a king-size quilt. 2 year warranty. Refills and replacement needles also available.
