Terms
- Register early to ensure a space! All classes, even free ones require pre-registration.
- Payment is due upon registreation and may be made by phone or email for Visa or Masterd; by mail for cheques, or in person at either store. 7% GST applies to all class fees.
- Refunds & Cancellations: Classes cancelled due to insufficient registration will be given a full refund. No refunds are issued for no-shows, or if you notify us less than one week before class start date.
- Fees cover instruction only unless otherwise specified. All other class supplies must be purchased prior to class. A Great Notion QuiltWorks quality fabrics and notions are preferred. We offer students a 15% discount on notions and a 10% discount on fabrics purchased for a class.
- Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes early for your class to allow time for set-up. Classes start on time. For evening and early morning classes doors will open 15 minutes before the class start time.
- A limited number of sewing machines are available for classroom use. Please book one when you register if desired.
- Children are not permitted to attend adult oriented classes.
- Every effort is made to schedule class time so that all students complete their projects; note that some students may finish early while others don't finish as anticipated.
- Please bring basic sewing supplies and your machine in good working order to all hands-on classes. You are welcome to bring a lunch to any class.
- All classes require pre-registration.
